Patrick is our Building Inspector for Hope Island and surrounding areas. He has over 30 years’ experience in both residential, commercial, and civil construction as well as having worked on many large building projects throughout his career.
Patrick has a degree in Civil Engineering as well as Cert IV in Building and Construction. Patrick’s experience in the housing industry serves him well in identifying problems in both new and established properties as well as offering suitable solutions to bring buildings in line with the Building Code Standards of Australia.
Patrick resides on the Gold Coast and has a passion for spending his free time motor bike riding, relaxing at the beach and water sports. He enjoys spending time with his family and grand-children.
