I was purchasing a refurbished 1967 property as my first home, and I'm truly glad that I got Dudley to inspect it. He understood the home's construction method well and masters the key areas of concern even these older homes. Dudley's also took his time to explain to me before the inspection the key things he will look at and aligned my expectations, and explained the key findings afterward.
