I am your local Building Inspector for Mermaid Waters. I have over 30 years’ experience in the industry and have extensive experience in both Residential and Industrial construction having started when I was 18 as an apprentice carpenter.
I then did my Certificate 4 in Building which gave me my Medium Rise builders licence and have also completed my Diploma of Construction.
My experience in the housing industry has assured that I have what it takes to identify problems in both new and established properties as well as suggesting suitable remedies required to bring buildings in line with standards of various building codes.
