I’m very pleased with my pest and building report that Jonathan did for us. It was for a very old run down house and he was very thorough which helped me feel confident putting an offer in on the house. Jonathan was very professional, very friendly, he arrived right on time, didn’t try to rush it at all and I got the report back in just one business days time (to clarify, I didn’t even ask him to be quick with it either!). Very effective and efficient. Explained how the building and pest inspection went over the phone immediately after the inspection.
