20 years of experience working in the Building industry.

He started working in the industry with a Bricklaying traineeship. He then completed his
Advanced Diploma in Building to become a Licensed Builder.

Shane obtained a role working as a Project Manager for a remedial building company. This
experience was invaluable in learning why building elements fail and how to rectify any
defects.

Shane has also been fortunate enough to be a financial investor buying, renovating and
building residential property and demonstrates both the knowledge and skills to support
others with their building initiatives.
