Essential Maintenance and Safety Inspections at Work

For managers of commercial and multi-residential properties we help manage
essential safety measures addressed in regulation including:

  • Fire fighting equipment
  • Fire resistant structures
  • Exit doors and correct locking devices
  • Discharge from exits, paths of travel
  • Exit signs and emergency lighting
  • Smoke control and ventilation
  • Air conditioning units

These inspections are required annually and some more regularly, records
must also be kept.

If your fire extinguishers are overdue for maintenance or if you’ve
forgotten to test and tag we have people in the Jim’s Family that can do it
for you.
