Dr Ugendra has worked over 18 years in the Civil Engineering Sectors which are not limited to
Infrastructure, water quality, Residential Construction in Nepal, Japan and across Australia.
Dr Ugendra completed PhD in construction Engineering and have been working as a Project
Manager as a Professional Civil Engineer. He has been involved to administer the legal obligations
of a building and construction contractor along with Managing the risk and project quality among
the civil infrastructure projects.
Dr Ugendra has also been working as a Trainer & Assessor for the last 5 years in building and
Construction, Leadership & Management and project Management with different Registered
Training Organizations. He heard about Jim’s Building Inspections and thought it was a great
opportunity to harness his years of experience and passion and provide an excellent service for his
customers.
Dr Ugendra is extremely involved as a social leader in his Nepalese community. He is one of the
directors of Community Leadership Nepal Foundation Limited (CLNF) where he has been providing
a leadership role in the development of community-based projects. Dr Ugendra believes in hard
working and dedicated individual who believes that customer service is the key to a positive result.
His keen eye for detail will ensure that the inspection is completed with integrity. He is punctual
and reliable which will delight his customers. He also wants to expand this service to his own
