Andreas has over 30 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Andreas completed a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology and Construction Management (Constructing Architect) in 2005 and has been employed since then in engineering and project management roles with national companies in construction and infrastructure. He also has extensive experience in a broad range of projects that have provided opportunities to work in specialised smaller scale projects in building and construction.  He has a solid overall experience in the construction and building industry.

Andreas has experience with residential buildings and apartment blocks and also in the commercial industry, managing large scale multidiscipline projects like construction of water treatment plants, bridges, rail facilities, dilapidation reports, asbestos management plans and infrastructure upgrades. Andreas is a high performer with strong attention to detail which is a massive advantage when it comes to his Building Inspections.

Approximately 1 year before joining the Jim’s team, Andreas established his own business consulting as a project manager on civil infrastructure projects. He then made the decision to combine his passion for building and construction with his desire to run his own business; hence a Jim’s Building Inspection business was the perfect fit.

On a personal note, Andreas is married to Narelle and they enjoy exploring food and wine trails and travelling to new places. When time allows, he goes motorbike riding on his adventure motorbike with friends around the outback of Australia. He has visited the most unlikely, interesting and remote places in Australia due to this passion. Andreas is always ready with a smile and willingness to help. He takes pride in guiding clients through the process and achieving a successful outcome for them.

Andreas is our Jim’s Building Inspector in the Pymble and north shore area in Sydney.
