We’ve recently inspected 8 Narin Court, Epping which is a double storey late 90’s era home. Whilst Epping is an established area with residential development dating back to the mid-1800’s, Epping most recently experienced a major housing boom in the 70’s. 1990’s era homes either replaced the older dated existing housing stock or were part of new estate releases.
