The Building Inspection looks at the condition of the property (safety hazards, major and minor defects). The inspector will also carry out a visual asbestos inspection upon request.

The Building and Termite Inspection includes everything in the basic package as well as a termite and pest inspection. This inspection type is the most popular among our customers, mainly because it deals with the most likely risks.

The Premium Inspection includes everything in the aforementioned packages, plus electrical, plumbing and gas inspections.
