I began working in the building industry straight out of school, completing my carpentry apprenticeship in the
bayside of Brisbane. This skill has enabled me to work my way through the building industry, both in the
domestic and commercial fields, working as a construction manager/supervisor for the past 20 years.
I have worked in remote areas of Papua New Guinea on fly in and fly out contracts for Shell Australia through
