James is a committed, highly motivated Building Inspector with 30 years’ experience within the construction industry. Working initially for several years as a plasterer, James then achieved a Diploma in Buidling Design and Drafting and worked at one of Newcastle’s largest Architecture firms for over eight years where he worked on Residential, Commercial and Retail projects.
He followed this by completing a Degree in Construction Management and shifting his career to Project Management, working on commercial and industrial building projects before becoming a Pre-Construction Manager for Medical and Office Fit-outs.

James brings to the JBI Group a wealth of knowledge within all areas of construction and understands the importance of high quality workmanship and customer service.
