Brendan is a building consultant based in the South Eastern & Bayside Suburbs of Melbourne with over 20 years experience in the building and construction industry.

Upon completion of his apprenticeship in Building & Construction, he worked for a number of years on renovations, extensions and new builds. From there, he completed a Certificate 4 in Building & Construction to become a registered builder. Brendan has owned his own construction business, and has over 10 years of  experience in premium apartment and medium density projects ranging from $5m to $20m in both the residential and commercial markets.

Looking for a change within the building industry, Brendan joined Jim’s Building Inspections. His experience allows Brendan to complete building inspections with confidence and an understanding of what standards need to be met.

Brendan has full professional indemnity and public liability insurance along with extensive OH&S experience.

Brendan offers the following services- Pre Purchase Building Inspections, Premium Building Inspections incorporating plumbing, electrical, pest and termite to provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing their property. Brendan also offers independent stage inspections for new constructions (including slab, frame, lock up, fix and handover stage) and renovation and extension inspections.

Brendan is happily married, has 3 kids and when not driving them between all their sporting activities, enjoys playing golf and following the Essendon Football Club.
