Ash is a licensed builder and has worked in building and construction industry for more than 30 years. He has worked as a Team Leader and Project Manager in Brisbane and Sydney on various commercial projects. Since moving to Tasmania 16 years ago, he has run his own business building new homes, additions, renovations and multi unit residential developments etc. During this time he has also had his own rental properties and understands the importance of Building Inspections and Depreciation Schedules.
