Andrew made a comprehensive and detailed report on an inherited house that was 100 years old and had been a bit neglected. He went into the roof and under the house and found some defects that could have progressed to being serious, but we will remediate these in the short term, saving what could have been considerable expense. I would highly recommend Andrew because of his expertise and professionalism.
